Mañana es 14 de diciembre y es el día en el que le damos el pistoletazo al Amigo Invisible de este año en aisinfronteras .
Podréis disfrutar de los primeros regalos a partir de algún momento de la tarde/noche hora española, y una vez que empecemos ya no pararemos hasta el día 30. Si todo va bien, iremos posteando a ritmo de 3 regalos diarios entre semana, y 4 los fines de semana.
Sabemos que es un ritmo algo acelerado, pero es que en los intercambios que empiezan a postear antes, también entregan bastante antes que en el nuestro.

Desde aquí os quiero animar a todos y todas a que leáis cuántos más fics mejor, da igual si tenéis mucho contacto con dicho fandom o no, tomároslo como una oportunidad para descubrir qué más hay ahí fuera.
Dejad comentarios en los regalos que os gusten, seguro que haréis inmensamente feliz al autor/a de dicha regalo.
No haría falta decir esto, pero por si acaso... Educación y buenas maneras, por favor. Si algún regalo no os gusta, no hace falta que dejéis constancia por escrito, y mucho menos que entréis a cargar contra el fic/art y su autor. Si queréis hacer crítica constructiva, por favor esperaros a que se revelen las identidades y poneros en contacto en privado con dicha persona si realmente os veis en la necesidad de comertarle lo poco que os ha gustado su fic y cómo debería mejorarlo. Aunque vamos... Realmente a veces se está más guapa callada...
Cuando veáis publicado el regalo que os han hecho (y tendréis que ir mirando la comunidad a diario, porque nosotras no os vamos a ir avisando personalmente por email) entrad a verlo/leerlo y dejad un comentario de agradecimiento.
Me da igual si no os gusta, de verdad, pero es lo menos. No os digo que mintáis, pero joder que no cuesta nada dejar una palabritas de agradecimiento por el tiempo y esfuerzo dedicado, aunque sea sólo eso. Tened presente que no todas vais a tener la suerte de recibir casi-obras-de-arte pero el esfuerzo ha estado ahí detrás.
Ah! Y cuando se publique el regalo que vosotras habéis hecho, si queréis contestar a los comentarios que os vayan dejando (que podéis hacerlo of course!) Que sea en ANÓNIMO!!! Por lo que más queráis no respondáis con vuestro nombre de usuario, jajajajaajaaa!

Que sí, que todo esto es obvio. Pero después de tres ediciones ya a las espaldas, de verdad que nada es tan obvio y lógico como parece.

Este año además, gaia_naturae , aviss y yo hemos decidido pagar una cuenta por 2 meses a ai_sinfronteras para poder disponer de iconos extras en el posteo hecho en la comunidad. Toda la tarde buscando un icono por fandom, más un par para la cuenta de admin. Jajajaa, no tenéis ni idea lo bien que nos lo hemos pasado buscando y descubriendo algunos personajes gracias a los iconos. Creo que jamás había agradecido tanto el moto de búsqueda de LJ

Pues ya está, sólo quería comentar esto a nivel personal a parte del post administrativo que colguemos en aisinfronteras

Personalmente me dan pavor las 13 personas de los que no sabemos nada... Ni han pedido prórroga, ni han entregado, ni han dicho que se retiran, ni naaá de naaá. Missing total...
Qué gloria vivir tan desconectados del email, a mi sólo me falta que me implanten un chip en el córtex cerebral...
En fin, que gaia_naturae y yo ya estamos acostumbrada a esto y nos lo tomamos con algo más de filosofía (excepto cuando me pongo a GRITAR por email o al propio ordenador -como si el tuviera la culpa de algo, pobret-), pasa lo mismo cada año, pero aviss que en esto de administrar un intercambio navideño es primeriza está que trina (yo advierto, no es buena idea hacer enfadar a esa mujer, de verdad^^)

No todo son malas noticias, afortunadamente para mi salud mental ya ha empezado el cm_exchange con un precioso fic Hotch/Reid (best OTP ever! aunque no me haya tocado escribir sobre ellos, sí que cruzo dedos para que mi regalo sea de ese ship)

No boss at work and no weird coworker in the next table, so free day doing my job while checking the email and reading the random fic I decided to copy on a text file the night before.
For some unknown reason the title "To kill a mockingbird" has been in my mind all the bloody day, wondering about the plot which I couldn't remember (not that I'd read the book but I'm sure I've watched the movie) and debating and arguing with myself (my two other self actually^^: me and myself) if mocking bird is called "ruiseñor" in Spanish or not (the other option was "colibrí" but I don't remember any movies titled "Matar a un colibrí"). Both questions could have been solved with some easy google but sometimes I'm that stubborn, so all day with that stuff on my mind.
Thankfully, my mom remembered the plot movie, and I've checked imdb, so now I know the plot (even if I really don't remember it) and I've confirmed that  mockingbird and ruiseñor are both names of the same specie Mimus polyglottos a very enlightening name about some very particular characteristics of tht bird.

Por otro lado esta tarde he tenido el gusto de tomar un café (com eufemismo de "quedemos y vayamos a tomar algo, lo que sea realmente da igual, es una excusa simplemente") con sirem que está en Barcelona de visita, y con ladyvoldie and luciferssin . Aunque antes he de decir para mi propia satisfacción que he estado unos 40-50 minutos escribiendo hasta que fuera la hora a la que habíamos quedado, woohoooo!!! (quizás porque no tenía ninguna red wifi disponible? Maight be that...). Me lo he pasado francamente bien, nos hemos reído y como siempre que conozco a alguien del fandom sin una previa larga y extensa relación vía email/msn me he sorprendido de lo fácil que es hablar y pasar un buen rato con gente a quienes casi no conoces de nada. Es maravilloso ver como el "Dios las cría y ellas se juntan" se aplica tan pero que tan bien a todo el mundo que hasta el momento he tenido el placer de cruzar mi camino.

OMG!! I can't believe myself, I've just signed up to the CM Christmas Exchange at cm_exchange !!
I'm so exited^^ I feel like a kid with new shoes (naahhhh, I feel like myself buying a new pair of Vialis LOL). I kind of terrified too, but I hope that between the beta work from aviss  and some extra beta the co-mod could provide me the fic would be good enough to reach a decent level.
Now I just need to wait till the 22nd (by the way, I'll be in Japan hohohohohoooo) and start writing!

I'm sick (again)... I know I've got a problem, virus/bacterias/all-kind-of-nasty-little-stuff just seems to love me (well, they love my body, it seems I play a nice house-bacteria, sweet...).
That means I have lot of time to spent on the sofa watching the ten season SG-1 pack that my mom bought for Christmas. 
Can you believe I started by season 9? Why? Well dears, because there's Cameron Mitchell, so there's so much love!!!
Ok, I started to re-watch the series around Christmas (I just have more free time now) and I re-discovered the whole SG1 fandom. With SGA I didn't have any problem: watched the first and second seasons and fell in love with the Sheppard/McKay friendship ans Sheppard/Dex sex so it was all nice and great in my mind. And fandom had lots of fics to read.
But with SG1 it wasn't the same, at lest not the fist time I checked  the fandom. There weren't any ships that pick my interest up (because no, I just can't see the Jack/Daniel factor, not in a love-sex relationship at least). But this time it was quite different, because "beware, here are Cam Mitchell" and Cam Mitchell is sex. An l kind of like him having sex with Daniel, and it seems the fandom in general agrees with me. So there's so much love and fun! And I am in a full squeeee mood (minus the awful stomach-flu, but that's no really important)

And all this nonsenses to say that lately I've felt tired of to much Harry Potter fic/fandon/etc. I've spent years only reading fics about HP, and I think I've reached the limit. I suppose that's the reason in the last few months I've started reading about several other fandoms, like Smallville, DC-comics (with or without the crossover with Smallville), SG-A and just recently SG-1.
It's refreshing, and there's so much to read about! Especially for a fast--I-can't-stop--reader like  me.

So yes, I'm sick and I feel awful but there's a new whole fandom out there!

I should know at this point that wherever there's a book or a movie, or a tv-show, there fan-fiction about it, and usually once people starts writing about some characters it doesn't need to pass too much time till the first slash fic appears.

I don't remember exactly what I was looking for on ff.net, I suppose I was checking some author's profile, but I came across with some Caspian/Peter slash from Narnia books/movies. And maybe you could think I am kind of sick about reading that ship, but you know what? There are worsts ships on the whole fandom-verse, and at least Caspian and Peter and two young good looking guys around the same age (ok, that's not exactly true, but you can't count the difference of time between Narnia and real-world, so around the same age I say +/-3 I think).

Just want it to let you know^^ If you are bored at some point, check on them!

Let's just say that for a very long time I've been an absolutely slash girl. I didn't mind het, yuri (femmeslash) or gen, but it wasn't my cup of tea. Or maybe it was more a question about not haven't found a het ship with a great attractiveness (for me at least), or a female character that picked up my interest enough. I don't know... I started reading Card Captar Sakura fanfic with the Sakura/Syaoran ship but I jumped quickly to the Touya/Yue. And then with Harry Potter it's been all about Harry/Draco and sometime Draco/with-another-male-character.

But a few months ago I started reading batman fics, first nolanverse  and later about DC, where I discovered the Superman/Batman slash, or they alter-egos Clark/Bruce, and with the Clark Kent character I re-entered again to the Smallville fandom (and I said re-entered because two or three year ago I passed for a short phase of Clark/Lex aka Clex) and fell in love with Chloe. Chloe is to Smallville what Draco is for me in Harry Potter. My fetish-character, I can read just Chloe centric fics or  about her with any male character of the series or even other fandoms (and I mean DC, especially Bruce Wayne, I'm not into the Smallville/Supernatural crossover because I haven't seen the show).
And I am really happy with my new obsession and  favourite character. I've even found even a new favourite ship: Chloe/Oliver. And I'm writing! Writing! I'm writing outside the HP-fandom which is something I haven't done since my Slam Dunk phase three or four years ago.

Soooo, I'm quite accomplished with myself, and really happy about all the new fics I'm reading, I just needed to say it, and if not here, where?

La idea ya había aparecido por lj de la manos de joanne_distte y sus amigas hacía una semana o así, pero ahora ya hay comm, so la la cosa parece ir tomando cuerpo.

Ahora lo que necesitan es mucha ayuda, en sus propias palabras:

¡¡¡Streeeeeeeessss!!!
Desde la primera vez que fui a un Salón del Cómic que me dije a mi misma que algún día haría un fanzine. Diez años después por fin va a ser una realidad.
Ni me lo puedo creer, la cosa salió de improvisto total, el año pasado nos acoplamos morgana_avallon y yo con saito_20 y su amigo Rafa en el stand de su Sasuto (fanzine sobre Naruto para los que les gustan esas cosas XDDD, ya os haré publicidad otro día como diox manda). Basicamente nosotras estabamos allí sólo para vender chapas, puntos de libro, monederitos, postales, calendarios, etc... Todo ese tipo de cosas que tanto nos gusta hacer desde nuestro estudio 11varas (la comm está abandonadísima, pero es que estamos en proyecto de montar una web...). Y nos dieron envidia, pero que mogollón. No en sí al ver a Rafa matándose durante tres días por vender fanzines (porque la verdad es que ambos se lo curraron mogollón, de ahí que se ventilaran 300 fanzines o más) sino por el hecho de tener un fanzine.

Así que Morgana y yo decidimos que por nuestras malas artes (que son muchas, no os hacéis ni idea) que sacabamos un fanzine para el siguiente Salón del Manga.

Y aquí estamos, a punto de matarlo^^ El sábado lo llevaremos a la imprenta^^ Nos quedan cuatro dibujillos tontos por hacer para decorar algunas secciones (usease, me toca hacer tropecientos SD, porque aquí la menda no dibuja, pero alá, a hacer chibis) y ya estará.

Y nos ha ayudado mogollón de gente, con colaboraciones o simplemente palamaditas en la espalda. Y yo puede que allá hecho bastantes secciones, pero Morgana  a parte de sus secciones se ha currado toda la maquetación con el puto InDesign en su portatil pedestre (que lo és, que si te lo tirán a la cabeza te matan con ese bicho XDDD) que es un pateo del mil, pero casi está (crucemos los 30 dedos de los que dispongo y toquemos madera con la cabeza). Ahora sólo nos quedará... hacer las chapas, los puntos de libro, diseñar guantes, etc.

Cualquiera diría que nos aburrimo, ¿no?

Pues eso^^ Este año en el Salón del Manga del Hospitalet de Llobregat (sí, se le llma de Barcelona pero en verdad no es en Barcelona XDD), en la sección fanzines:

PD: en la próxima entrada ya hablaré más sobre el fanzine y la gente que lo ha hecho. Esto era sólo para der: HEMOS HECHO UN FANZINE, YAAAAIII!

Puede que algunos no lo sepáis, pero el año pasado gaia_naturae y yo nos liamos la manta a la cabeza y decidimos organizar un Amigo Invisible por livejournal de Harry Potter: usease, un intercambio navideño (o no...) de fan-fictions y arts. La cosa salió bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta que lo organizamos de prisa y corriendo a última hora, XDDDD Y recuerdo vívidamente prometer que en caso de repetir, lo haríamos con tiempo y buena planificación (cruzad los dedos conmigo para que esta vez funcione^^).

Hace unas semanas nos pusimos manos a la obra, y después de explicarle a uno de los compañeros de piso de gaia_naturae, que no, no es que Gaia a sus años aún tuviera un amigo invisible (aunque cada cual que haga lo que quiera mientras sea feliz y no haga daño a nadie) sino que un Amigo Invisible es lo mismo que lo que "ellos" (los ingleses, pues es chico es inglés) llaman Secret Santa (ante lo cual el chico se sintió totalmente decepcionado XDDDD), por fin tenemos las normas de este año^^

La normas y el formulario de inscripción están colgados en la comm de la_torre, y como el año pasado, lo organizaremos desde allí.

Por otro lado, desde mediados de agosto,

sex_magic y la_torre lanzaron de forma conjunta un reto fanfiquero: Un Hogwarts de Cine. Dónde basicamente se trata de escribir un fic de Harry Potter, adaptando el guión de una película. ¿Por qué? Pues porque nos gusta HP y nos gusta el cine^^ y punto. Para esto no hay que apuntarse ni nada. Escribid, y cuando lo tengáis lo posteáis en una de las dos comunidades (o en ambas, y obviamente allí donde os apetezca también)

 

Así que daros una vuelta por la_torre, y animaros a escribir.

It a very real estimation to say that the night of the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows release there were more than 50 and more and 100 pictures taken of the group of us... We were quite a sight! Really, with gaia_naturae and me as Helga Hufflepuff and Rowena Ravenclaw, morgana_avallon as Morgana Le Fay, Ivan, neperiana and male_chan as a slytheryn, ravenclaw  and gryffindor students (actually, male_chan was supposed to be Remus Lupin with very short hair) and a standard with the Hogwarts houses' coat of arms...

Anyway, we've been searching internet for some of the pictures that were taken. And finally neperiana has found one, on the CNN news, lol:))

I just don't understand it. It's supposed to be pubic tomorrow, I think I read somewhere that It will be in Chanel 4 here in UK as a premier, and then on the rest od the world.
But no, this afternoon I've received a e-mail from a spanish HP forum with the news that the trailer was on japanese TV, and they send it with a link to download the video.
It's priceless, really. Not just about the HP thing, the best is the voice in off of a japanes guy. I don't know what he is saying, and I really don't mind XDD but is so fucking funny^^

-I REALLY don't like Harry's haircut, it's just awful!
-The part about the Weasley twins is great, I love them^^
-Snape LOVES to smash the boys' heads (again XDDD)
-Does Umbridge always wear pink clothes? Oh! And she IS a bitch, not really a witch.
-She has an annoying laugh.
-The thestrals parts are great.
-And even greater is the scene about the Patronus charm.
-I love the sequences about the boys flying above London, just amazing really!
-Oooohhhh! Voldemort in black suit!!! Fuck! He's HOT
-And he touches himself (again^^), and he likes it (again!! lol ^0^). I think he has a kink for his bald head.
-Bellatrix dress IS love.
-The last part, I suppose it's in the Mysterys Departmen, and it seems really cool.
-And Voldemort looks so good, and powerful^^ And Harry looks so grown up^^

I've always loved this film, and even known that my dear Armand is not like that (come on! he's like a Botticeli angel, and Antonio Banderas is not a fucking angel, he's a typical latin man), they are so cute together (yes, I know, Lestat/Luis forever, but I don't like Lestat that much, he's annoying... I prefer Armand, or Marius, or Marius/Armand OTP XDDDD).

Ahora que ya he dormido (aunque la cabeza me está matando... Shit! My head is hurting, damn!
